East of the villa there is a swimming pool 55sqm (1.40 depth) as well as a children’s swimming pool 8.5sqm (0,70 depth). The villa was built in 2009 and consists of three levels basement, ground floor and 430sqm in total. The ground floor is 160 sqm and consists of open plan living room, dining area, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also on the ground floor is an energy which is connected with the underfloor heating the ground floor and the floor. North and East of the ground floor there are terraces 80 sqm in total with unobstructed views. The floor is 84,50 sqm and consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large terraces of 45 sqm.
