This is a family run property with a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is ideally located for getting around the Parikia and to the beach. Great for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is located in Parikia, the capital town of Paros(left as you come out of the port). Its a 500 metre walk from the port to the hotel. On the port are many shops, cafeterias, ouzeri and tavernas(traditional restaurants). The hotel is situated on a quiet street just 50 meters from Livadia beach. Rooms are medium in size, decorated in traditional Greek style. Facilities include: air-conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, direct-dial phone, balcony, bathroom with bath or shower and central heating.This is a 3 storey building painted white with balconies all around it and flowers growing up the side.The breakfast room is pleasantly decorated in keeping with the traditional style of the hotel. There is also a bar. Franciscos is located 12 km to the nearest airport (Paros).Close to the station (Parikia) 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
