Elia Apartment building is located in the famous (two pan-European Blue Flags) Elia beach of Sithonia in Halkidiki. One of the most beautiful locations in Chalkidiki. The sea area is very shallow, making it ideal for children. The area is ideal for underwater fishing. The plot is placed between the five (5) star hotel complex of Anthemus Sea Hotel & Spa and one of the best taverns – restaurants in Northern Greece, the Mpoukadoura. The nearest supermarket is 300 metres away from the camping Mitari. At Nikiti you can find small and large supermarkets such as Masoutis, Vasilopoulos and LIDL. Just 1 km away there is an organized store with watersports. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building, with a spectacular and unique view. It consists of four large rooms or 3 rooms and 1 living room that has been converted to room, 1 large WC, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove) and balcony around the apartment The apartment is fully furnished. It also has a washing machine. 3 rooms have closets. In every room there is an air conditioner. There is a tent on the front balcony. Also on the ground floor there is a common barbecue (grill). The plot is 15 metres away from the sea.
