Evridiki’s Villas

Evridiki`s Villas are located 350m away from Agios Nikitas beach, on the way to the famous Kathisma beach. The area around the residences and the swimming pool is planted with olive trees, grass, various flowers and plants, all well taken care of, by the owners, Nikos and Evridiki Philippas. Villa Kalliopi and Villa Sofia have two floors. The ground floor (40sqm) consists of kitchen, bathroom and living room with fireplace and convertible sofa, which can accommodate two people An interior staircase leads to the first floor (40sqm) which consists of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with jacuzzi). The verandas (ground floor and first floor) overlook the garden and swimming pool, and offer the opportunity to a magnificent view of Agios Nikitas village and bay. The third Villa ( Irene 40sqm ) is a studio and consists of kitchen, bathroom, double bed, living room with fireplace and convertible sofa (for two people ). A quiet and relaxing day at the swimming pool, with the jacuzzi and the children’s pool, rewards you for your choice! All villas have fully equipped kitchen, clothes washing machine, ironing board and iron, TV and A/C in all areas, safety box and hair dryers.
