1. How do I know my reservation was booked?
Since you will have complete all the steps of your reservation you will receive an email on confirmation of your hotel booking with all the contact details and your invoice form.
2. Do I need to confirm my reservation?
There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you still feel you would like to verify that your reservation was made, you can do so by emailing our Customer Support Team at email@example.com or by contacting our customer services team.
3. Reservations by email or telephone call are accepted ?
Yes reservations via email or by phone call are accepted only if the client deposit advance payment directly to bank account and send via fax the receipt of the bank. In this case the client will receive a confirmation email for the reservation with all the details of the hotel.

could book with one reservation?
